Under Reports, add to Revenue and Commission Report, add column for billed hours

We want to be able to run reports on hours billed AND collected in a specific time frame. We use this for budget reporting and payroll purposes

I also need to know total hours billed in the revenue report in order to determine the rate obtained per hour. there is no way to glean this information from your reports. please add this information
