Ability to change the default setting on the main Clients & Matters screen to "All" instead of "Active"?

We have marked clients as inactive if there is not an open matter; if we start a new matter and search their name with "Active" selected, it will not show they are past clients and we may set them up as a new client instead of creating a new matter.

How often would you use this request?

Daily - we select "All" each time we open TS since it defaults to "Active" when the program is closed and reopened.
