add total fees and total costs to invoice summary page of matter

My attorneys want to know at a glance the fee/cost breakdown of what has been billed. Currently the only way to do this is run reports, and if it's a big case we'll have many pages to click through to get to the answer. Or generate a pdf report, but we'd rather have a one-page click-and-view without generating a report.
