Alerting workers of over-budget, including amount over-budget

We have implemented the budget feature to alert attorneys when they are working over a budget, but they become immune to seeing the yellow box over and over and is no longer a helpful feature. It would be more useful if the yellow notice included the dollar amount they were over, or a percentage.
