Allow multiple trust to be on invoice without deducting them

Clients have two retainers, one that auto deducts, one that is not o be touched except certain circumstances. When mutliple trusts are allowed to show on Invoice the Invoice shows both retainers taken away from from total owed, should only remove anything set to auto allocate.

Even the Statement page won't allow both trusts to show unless it shows on balance and then it shows as if being used. Maybe the Statement page could have its own option to include all trusts separate from the main page balance
