Advance Notice of TimeSolvPay Fee ACH Debit from bank account

Since the TimeSolvPay's Monthly Fee Invoices are not available until late PM the 5th of the month, it would be helpful to have advance notice of what the 1% transaction fee total will be prior to the actual transaction. It helps our accounting department to be aware of what ACH debits will be hitting the bank account that week and adjust our A/P accordingly.
