We are adding staff and will have two people in charge of sending out invoices. You can add a different sender within TimeSolv but the Narrative, including the email narrative has only one default. This means if a different person is in charge of sending a client's invoice, the narrative has to be manually changed when setting up the new matter.
How often would you use this request?
Monthly or weekly - whenever a new matter is set up that the 2nd Project Admin is managing. |
