Add the Unique Entry ID Number to Reporting

The entry ID number shows on entry pop up screens, but is not included in reports. This number is helpful for identification, classifying, and working with the report data in other formats. This should be part of Time Entry, Time Entry Summary, and Expense Entry Reports.
