Rework Revenue & Commissions Report to Show Percentages by Professional

Presently, the originating professional revenue and commissions report pulls percentages based on collections applied to the total invoice amount. However, each originating attorney does not receive a commission on all time collected by each professional with time. (For instance, the originating professional does not receive a commission on collected billed time of legal assistants and associates).
