Add “Has Portal Access” as a DEFAULT box check when setting up new client.

To give ALL clients the option to pay by credit card via a link or QR code, the “Has Portal Access” box must be checked on the client contact screen when creating the client profile. If it defaults to the checked box, it would avoid sending invoices without the credit card option.
