With clients and insurance companies having stringent billing guidelines, it would be amazing to be able set parameters by client so that as timekeepers are entering time, their entries are flagged. Our clients are using AI to review their invoices which is resulting in an uptick in reductions and the need for appeals. It would be great for the Timekeepers to have the power of AI to help create cleaner invoices for submission. With over 100 different clients who all have different billing guidelines i.e. No block billing, time limits on certain tasks, unable to use certain task codes, unable to bill for certain expenses etc. etc., it would be amazing to be able to have that information captured by client and put into play when timekeepers are entering time.
