QBO integration

Can you allow us to set up a main client and not have the engagement level underneath it if we want it?  I cannot use the QBO integration because it sets up so many customers by engagement and does not post how I want it in my QBO.  I have to hand key each invoice into QBO.  It would be a huge timesaver to use the import feature.
