I would love it if the program didn't log me out every 30 minutes if the program isn't on my main page. Every day I'm working on two documents and using both my monitors so my session will time out if I don't click back over and keep the screen "alive" for another 30 minutes. If you could keep it working in the background with no time limit, that would be great. I turn on my timer to work on a case file, and I can work for 30 minutes before I get logged out. It's frustrating. I understand the timer keeps running, but the logging back in is disruptive.
How often would you use this request?
Many times a day. |
You can increase the session timeout interval to prevent the application from terminating sessions every 30 mins.
