I would like a document setting out on a step-by-step basis how to set up a split billing case. Most of my work as an ADR neutral is split billing - one case, two different clients, and each pays one-half of the bill. I've had numerous online sessions with people who have walked me through it, but it goes too fast to take it down step by step. Every time I do billing this is a problem.

So billing will be as efficient and painless as you suggested when I signed on.
