Separate Fields for "Client" and "Matter on Various Screens

It would be great if a "Client" field was separate from the "Matter" field instead of merged all into one field called "Client Matter". Naturally both the "Client" and "Matter" fields would be a dropdown feature that would default to "-All-" in both fields. Of course, once you select the client name from the dropdown "Client" field, "-All-" would be listed under the "Matter" as well along with the populate matters you could select for that client individually.
