Incorporate hardware token (FIDO/FIDO2/Webauthn) two-factor support

Timesolv's current two-factor solution does not represent best-practice, as email-based two-factor systems are poorly secured against account takeover and man-in-the-middle attacks.  All major web browsers (MS Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari) now support both "passwordless" hardware token authentication and/or a hardware second factor using the FIDO2/Webauthn standard.  These are significantly more secure than the current system used by Timesolv.
