Create unique links for each OPR and TRUST for each account they have in TimeSolvPay

No need to create a matter in TimeSolv, just use the existing functionality used for the WEBSITE LINK, and create options where the firm can pick TRUST or OPR as they see fit. This will reduce the probability of a customer picking the wrong link and lay the liability on the firm to provide the correct link.

How often would you use this request?

Every new client (multiple times a month). They direct most initial funds to TRUST, and the option is 50/50 that they can select PAYMENT or TRUST DEPOSIT using the existing website link. Firm prefers to NOT create a client/matter until the retainer payment has cleared the bank/payment is verified as received/good. This would eliminate the human error of the customer, and also statisfy the firm's need for a more streamlined process for TRUST deposits.

    This functionality is now available. You have the option to generate website payment form link that have support for both either Operating, Trust or both.
