Add inactive professionals to the statement drop down option so you can pull in batches by professional

We need attorneys to see who of their clients isn't paying. We want to send them the pdf of their client statements each month. If we pull by professional we have the problem of having the inactive attorney statements inaccessible and only being able to pull those if we pull for all clients.
