Bug: Matter Export Fails to Satisfy Requirements of Matter Import

When making bulk changes to matter data, the import of the data always throws two errors (these errors get thrown even if there are no changes).

(1) The file type of the export does not match the file type requirement for the import, so we have to go back and save the file as a different file type.


(2) The column headers of the export do not match the required column headers of the import, so we have to go back and compare the error message column headers to the exported file headers one by one until we find the discrepancy and correct it.
