Chat Improvements

The tech asked me to go to a different tab/page, and the chat disconnected twice.
It would be great if, because I am already logged into TimeSolv, if the chat feature didn't require me to fill out all the fields already on file. Name, Company, eMail, Phone, and skip straight to the reason for the chat.
