We regulary use the Time (or Expense) Search screen, and report that this screen produces to review time / expenses entered for a particular matter or client. This is a really useful "on the fly" data inquiry. The ability to quickly export the data on this screen to Excel or CSV would grealy enhance the functionality of this existing feature. For example, clients that call and need quick estimates, or for when attorneys are tracking time entered against budgets. Its also useful for clients that require month end pro forma estimates of all fees and expenses for their accounting accruals (grouped into the client's budget buckets - that TimeSolv won't easily track - but is easy to organize once the data is in Excel).
How often would you use this request?
Multiple times every week. Every month at month end for preparing monthly estimates for clients required to accrue legal expenses. |
