Walling off attorneys/staff when there is a conflict for a new client, but not one that is unethical.

Currently, TS offers a wall option, but you have to change the person's permissions to only seeing their responsible matters. Many of our attorneys work on different attorney cases so this option to stop them from getting access to one file, prevents them from working on other matters.

How often would you use this request?

It would depend. This has happened this year 4 to 5x's. In a perfect world, we would have a drop down to choose the client matter name and that would be the matter they do not have access to.
