Default email out to PDF & Email Output Indication on Draft Bills

Set default email output to PDF instead of excel as this is what most people will be able to open and how most firms probably prefer the format. As well as add a field that shows what the emailed output will be on the draft billings screens.

Ability to filter draft bills by status, professional, etc (reviewed, viewed, edited, etc)

While you can sort draft bills by status, it would be useful to be able to filter to only see drafts with a certain status along with a professional. Giving this page more of a time/expense search format would be useful.

Time/Expense Search Criteria

Could you please make the "From" date in the Time and Search screen (and the Expense and Search screen) default to a couple years past instead of a couple months past? Or, allow the users to set their own default date there?
