I would like to be able to watermark an invoice as PAID, the same exact way you watermark a Draft invoice.

I get paid automatically/electronically from some clients but I have to send them the invoice to document my time spent. This feature would be useful so that a client would not pay the invoice again and having me to do a refund.

Expense Entry Optional Description Box for private notes

When entering expenses, for example Out of Town expenses, rather than attaching receipts, I'd like to put in what credit card was used and date and what restaurant and date - they client need not see that.
