Ability to add abbreviations while in a time entry.

Often while I'm entering time, I find myself typing something that SHOULD be a memorized abbreviation. I wish there was a way to access the abbreviations section without exiting the time entry that I'm in.

Change "Total Available Credit for Client" to "New balance of trust funds" at the bottom of the invoice, if funds are still available. Or give the option to edit the language on the invoice.

It creates confusion for clients also not all of our bills go to "clients"

For Time & Expense Entries report show associated invoice number for each billable entry

Time report by itself already does this but Expense (and by extension both Time & Expense) report does not show the associated invoice number. Adding it would allow for greater data interpretation.

Add another Save Button at the Top of Page for Client & Matter Profiles

Instead of scrolling all the way down to the end of the page, we should have the option of scrolling to the top of the page, especially if the field we need to change is at the top of the page.
