Allow setting of time to be 2 places, and not three (i.e., "1.25" rather than "1.250")

The 4-5 digit time entry appears excessive to clients

Allow you to pull information from categories such as "State" or "Practice Area" for templates such as conflict memos, engagement letters, etc.

Easy way to view total fees and costs for a matter

Attorneys often need to know total billed and unbilled fees and costs quickly. It would be great if there was a tab on the Matter Details screen that showed Total Billed Fees, Total Billed Costs, Total Unbilled Fees and Total Unbilled Costs.

Budget - Actual Fees

When utilizing the budget feature, the Actual Fees should only include actual "billed" time and unbilled time. It should not include any reduction in time or entries that have been deleted. Including that time skews the budget numbers and does not...

Create a REMITTANCE COPY when generating statements

The statement shows the summary due but doesn't have our remittance wiring instructions on it when we send out past due notices. We would like our clients to receive a remittance copy (pg 2) with their statements.

Need trust account report filter option that excludes inactive matters before the designated date range but includes matters that were active at some point in the date range even if they are no longer active at time report is run.

I want to run a report for the last 6 months showing all activity in trust. Incredibly, I can't do it the way it's set up. I have to include inactive because much of the activity that occurred in the last 6 months is from cases that are CURRENTLY ...

I would like a document setting out on a step-by-step basis how to set up a split billing case. Most of my work as an ADR neutral is split billing - one case, two different clients, and each pays one-half of the bill. I've had numerous online sessions with people who have walked me through it, but it goes too fast to take it down step by step. Every time I do billing this is a problem.

So billing will be as efficient and painless as you suggested when I signed on.

Billing Templates - provide a sample of the invoice produced under each billing template; a catalog of possible invoices

Identify the optimal template to use to create an invoice under different scenarios, i.e. with or without a trust balance; with or without separate matters, etc.
