Set default on Beta reports to be the first single client, not all clients.

On many reports such as Accounts Receivables Report, the default setting is for "All" clients, this creates a delay in accessing the report and setting the options one actually wants for the report. To pull a report for a single client I first have to wait for the system to pull the report for all clients, with clients in the hundreds, possibly thousands this creates a significant delay.
