Ability to batch "No Charge"

We track but write off admin time. It would be vastly more efficient if we could batch no charge a person's time (much like the Copy/Move feature). As it is now, you have to go in and individually do it line by line.

Our responsible timekeepers like to be coped on all of the invoices going out the door. We can add them to the "additional emails" field to have them copied, but it would be better if we could just click a box that would copy whoever is set up in ...

Email customization

The current emails are plain and lack detail about the contents. We would like to be able to add our logo and formatting as well as brief descriptions. I.e. how to use the client portal.

Sorting Relating Parties in the Conflict Search

Currently, related parties in the conflict search are sorted by name with no option to sort by other fields. It would be helpful to sort by the other heading fields.

Placement of Invoice Narrative

Our firm is choosing to limit our bills to one page and need to put payment instructions in the invoice narrative. We would like the option for the invoice narrative to appear at the bottom of the invoice instead of the top of the invoice.

Time summary by professional in an invoice with multiple matters and professionals

Our clients would like to see more clearly who worked on their case and how much. It would be helpful to have a summary by professional at the end of the invoice not only for each matter.

The ability to transfer amounts from payment to trust. Frequently our customers overpay their invoices leaving a small amount to be transferred to Trust.

if the entire amount is booked as a payment and the over payment portion has to go to Trust, we would liket he ability to do a transfer entry from payment to trust
