Bulk "no charge" changes

It would be nice to be able to select multiple entries and change them to "no charges". Often on time review we no charge paralegal and admin time by the reviewer. It is time consuming to go entry by entry.

Show Expense DATES on invoices pulled

Expense entries should be dated, just like time entries are. Sending a client a receipt with multiple similar looking expenses, without being able to differentiate the date the expenses occur, makes no sense and brings confusion to clients.

allow entry of start and stop time w/o colon)

When entering stop and start times we currently have to put a colon in between hour and minutes: it would be way faster to enter time by entering just the digits. so enter 1014 rather than 10:14
